Price List

All services include opening and closing of the grave, floral grave decorations, documented GPS coordinates, mobility assistance to the graveside, private access to the Sanctuary during a burial, parking assistance, administrative services, caring for the grave in perpetuity, contributions to the Long Term Maintenance Fund, and soil amendment for cremation burials. Interment and service fees are due at the time of the burial.

By purchasing Burial Rights at Heritage Acres Memorial Sanctuary, you are contributing to the protection of this land for generations to come.

Most burial containers, shrouds, and urns must be obtained and provided by the person or persons making burial arrangements. Heritage Acres will make available a list of recommended businesses, vendors and craftspeople who make and sell these products. The only burial container available for purchase from Heritage Acres is the wooden urn.

The body or ashes should arrive at Heritage Acres ready for burial or inurnment; transportation is the responsibility of the person or persons making burial arrangements. Heritage Acres can provide recommendations regarding transportation but is not responsible for transportation to the Sanctuary.

Obituaries and announcements are the responsibility of the person or persons making burial arrangements. Any desired graveside or other memorial services also must be arranged and paid for separately by the person or persons making burial arrangements. There may be times when Heritage Acres staff or volunteers can assist with graveside or memorial services, but no express commitment is made herein to provide such services.

Heritage Acres Memorial Sanctuary will provide a full refund for Burial Rights purchases canceled within 30 days of the original purchase date. Alternatively, the Purchaser may transfer their Burial Rights to another individual, who may select a plot location at their discretion. The Purchaser is responsible for finding the transferee and must submit the proposed transfer to Heritage Acres Memorial Sanctuary in writing for approval. All approved transfers are subject to a $150 transfer fee.

Markers, urns, and other items are not eligible for a refund.
